We ask you to read our full Terms and Conditions before placing your order.

Here is a summary of the main points:

1. Our products include known allergens, specifically (but not limited to) almonds, other nuts, milk, soya lecithin. Our products are made in an environment that may contain peanuts. Advice on allergens can be provided before purchase, please contact us for details.

2. Our products are sent to you by the carrier you choose at the tme of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If you have special delivery requirements, please call us before you place your order. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

3. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 4 working days of our acknowledgement. However, if you need something quickly please call us and we will do our best to help.

4. Our products are packaged with the utmost care and should reach you in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused in transit.

5. Returns are not accepted, unless we have made a mistake with your order.
